In order to better serve our current customers, we have implemented an advanced, web-based trouble-ticket tracking system.  This system will assign a tracking ticket to each request so that we can monitor it's progress and see it through to resolution.

Online Ticket System - Submit your technical support to http://client.switchfusion.net/ticket with your problems and our customer care representatives will guarantee reply all your support ticket within 12 hours (usually much sooner).

Telephone - If your needs require live person help, you can talk live with one of our Customer Care representatives at (SG) 7000 SUPPORT. Our representatives are trained to help you with questions regarding connectivity, software, and almost any technical issues you might have relating to our services. But please note that phone support is on case to case basic as our main technical support is via email only.

SMS - We guarantee message send to our SMS system will be respond within 15 minutes (Note: Non-Emergency issues will be ignored, referring to website or email down only).
